Making a request
Any new requests can either be sent on a spreadsheet direct to our head office where these are processed efficiently on a daily basis by a member of our team. Or You can log in to our bespoke online booking system and add each job as they are generated. We will contact your customers within 24 hours to arrange an appointment at their convenience, this will be followed by a letter of confirmation along with our contact details.
Going to the Job
We will arrive at your customers home at a pre-arranged time and date to assemble their new furniture. A 'completed jobs' schedule will be sent out to you on a daily basis. You can also monitor progress via our online system.
